I went today to get several bags of mulch and garden soil. Jett was working outside loading the cars by himself. He was extremely kind and working carefully not to get my vehicle dirty. It was hot outside jet definitely deserves the pay day off for his hard work.

Disappointed they don't have a metal angle iron or pipe cutting service available when you buy from them! Won't be shopping for hardware items that need adjusted here anymore.

Absolutely infuriating experience. We bought a dryer from Lowe’s that doesn’t even work—it doesn’t dry clothes at all. We had to wait a few days to get the electrical outlet installed where it was going, and the moment we plugged it in, it was clear this thing was a complete dud.
So what do I do? I go back expecting Lowe’s to stand by their product and replace it. But nope. Instead, I’m told I have to go through the warranty I just bought. It’s been ONE WEEK. Not even enough time to do a single full load. And now I’m being forced to burn through the warranty on something that never worked to begin with? That’s ridiculous. So when it actually breaks down later, I’m out of luck?
No one cared. No one listened. I was brushed off like my issue didn’t matter. Customer service is clearly dead at Lowe’s, and this entire situation feels like a scam. Selling defective appliances and then refusing to make it right? That’s shady business.
Lowe’s is going downhill fast. I will never shop here again. Ever.

This place gets a five star for me Tabitha kerns in the flooring department is always helpful anytime I go in there ask her anything she knows everything about the store she's very professional it's always a joy and a pleasure to go in there and see her smile

It’s a Lowe’s. I don’t like that there is only one person as cashier. All other checkouts are self serve. Otherwise same as always. Same part that I needed was twice the price of Amazon. But, I needed today, so I paid a premium.

We live by this Lowe’s, so it’s our go to for any projects we do around the house. This past trip a guy named AJ stopped us when we looked lost (which we were) trying to discern between which wood to get for these planters we were going to build. Not only did he help us, but he stopped what he was doing, took us around the store, and directly took us to everything we needed. Easily shaved off a good 15 minutes from our trip and is super personable and easy to talk to!! Thanks AJ 🙏🏻

the most unorganized lowe’s i’ve ever been to! wanted to check out a new lowe’s and was stressed, barely able to move my cart around cause stuff was everywhere, in middle of the aisles and everything! a lady who seemed to be contracted through another company kept using the intercom to call for someone, but it took several tried before someone actually came. and when he did come he said “am i the only one here?? someone was supposed to come in at 10” absolutely insane.
