Angelique was absolutely great. Had me smiling the whole time. Because of the great customer service. I appreciate people who enjoy there job. She really seems like she enjoys helping people. Service like that needs to be put in a higher position to train others. A.I. aint got nothin on the real deal. Thank you!!!! From the dreadhead.

Rita and Priya was so good with me. They went above and beyond to help me get the iPhone 12. They even reached out to their manager for me! I am happy I switched to metro. They gave me the best customer service experience.

Rita…I want to strongly commend Rita for the excellent customer service she provides. I am not savvy concerning technology and computers. I was having difficulty with the ringing and alarm settings.She showed painstaking patience in demonstrating how those features work as I just wasn’t getting it.How blessed T-Mobile would be to have a thousand employees like Rita! I can’t say enough nice things about her.I would be grateful if you could show her some kind of appreciation for a job well done!Rita’s the best!!!!

There are many metro stores in OKC, but you know why i go to this one? They are the best, the same person been running this place for 10 years now...seriously, how often do you get to see same person helping you for 10 years? every other metro has new person every other month......This store knows how to take care of their customers. Thank you for transffering my emails and makint it work.

Hayden, store manager, and Setn worked tirelessly on two visits with me to help me recover my phone # that was on a account of a person that would not release my #. I am a 64 year old disabled/handicapped 20 year veteran. This was a very emotional experience for me to not have phone service for a week. After Hayden and Setn performed their magic, I left the store like a new person...phone service restored, my new account, my same phone number, and a new IPHONE 15 on order. Thank you all so much...my phone is my lifeline.
