If I could rate "0" I would. The guy in store is an incompetent L I A R. I point blank was told that if I added a line that I'd have to change my plan from the $60 Heritage plan to the $65 "new" plan. He ALSO said that the add'l line would be $65 as well. BULLCRAP. Also, there's currently is a promo that states in store AND online the activation fee is waived. This guy told me that I had to call Customer Service to get it credited back. Also a lie. I walked out after telling him don't change my plan and we would go somewhere else. Guess what?! HE CHANGED MY PLAN ANYWAY. I only found out when I went to a different location and 1. Activation fee waived in store as the promo said. 2. Plan changed BACK to my original plan & the 2nd line was only $40 including insurance. 3. The store rep was professional and helpful. The NW Expressway store is a JOKE.Added: @Justin.black15 doesn’t respond.

Costumer service point I switched but I will be switching back thanks to Mayra. Yall go holla a my girl you won’t be disappointed.

The worst experience I’ve ever had was at this location. The manager and representative lied by omission & when I asked direct questions they did not answer truthfully. WATCH WHAT YOU SIGN. I asked, $65 would be my total cost each month right? Yes. That was said 5 times at least-Then they have you sign 20 pages—-READ IT! Then when you call you have to talk to those same disrespectful, unprofessional manager & rep from store and they say, “you signed it”I will never use this company again because of this representative & manager and the experience they created.Also they talk about you in Spanish to each other, I could pick up a couple words, she didn’t like me -I think if they like you they create a positive customer experience, they didn’t like me…at all.

I would give -0 stars if I could! This Metro store SUCKS!! The woman named Sabrina is really hateful and she won't help fix your issues. Instead she has an attitude, talks really mean and absolutely doesn't care about you as a valued customer. Do not go to this store, especially if you have an issue with your phone. SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH YOUR ISSUE. I won't ever go back to this store!!! This woman shouldn't even be working in customer service. Negative zero zero zero zero zero zero stars for this place!!!!!!

Perfectly polite people that work for a predatory business model.Avoid all MetroPCS Storefronts for any kind of purchasing.I have used MetroPCS for over a decade and the only time I ever have an issue with the company is when I have to use an actual store to buy something.This store happened to be one that made me truly consider switching carriers. From this last experience it has become clear to me that the company is in serious decline.If you do purchase anything from this store:Be sure they do not add any features that raise the price of your monthly bill. They will do it without asking!!Buy your phone online and save the headache if you need to exchange it for any reason.One star out of a handful, and it's comes from the middle of the pack.

Great staff. But the company as most companies are ,,, G R E E D Y 15.99 to change a phone that's out of date, then pay for otter case then screen protector. Only to do it all over again with the next phone. Having a number or being with this company for over 14 years means nothing
