“Tammy and her team especially her assistant Paige Ross went above and beyond for my family. Tammy is an intelligent, sophisticated and caring Mortgage Loan Officer. She went through each step of our loan process with us, from pre approval, to underwriting, to appraisals, final approval and closing. We were expecting to close on the sale of our current home, and buy our new home on the same day. The buyer of our current home had issues and was not able to close on time. Tammy took mine and my wife’s problem and gave us viable solutions. We called her at 8:00 am, by 10 am Tammy and her team had a plan in place to get us to still close on our new house and at 4 PM we closed on our new house. I would recommend everyone’s first phone call when buying a home be to Tammy and her team!”

Not only did this MidFirst branch resolve my concern, which was a BIG one, they demonstrated a level of compassion and neighborly care which alleviated sudden problems placed on my shoulders demanding a last-minute banking solution; as healthcare provider often working overtime, there was not one other location I had the option of reaching out to that was available at the time of my needs. The manager of this branch in particular took time to sit down with me, not because it was great for business, but rather to help. The bank tellers and supervisors, all of which I already know on a first name basis, were diligent and supportive as well. I will be extending my positive experience to others in my community, as this is THE ONLY BANK which is even open after common business hour; not to mention, very convenient location. “Rob Cole patiently provided friendly customer service by answering any questions I had whenever I was worried or concerned about the progress of the loan process. I found the phone app very helpful in uploading documents. The website was also helpful in that it looked much like the Phone app and was very intuitive. Although buying a home is a rather complex process when financing is involved, friendly service and good technology made it as painless as possible.”
“My bank. They are usually pretty cordial and greet you when you walk in. I was not greeted during my last visit to the lobby. I waited almost 15 minutes before a teller was available. The kind lady who eventually did help me, had me out of there in minutes after she approached me.”
