“I will say working with Cornerstone did not feel solely like a business transaction. Going through my first time building a home, taking out a construction loan and now mortgage loan was a lot to consume but John, Evan, and Lisa were always super friendly and answered all of my question. It was about a 2 year process me due to some unforseen events, but their customer service never changed throughout.
The process itself and the paperwork is a beast, but with technology and an easy to use platform, we did all things remotely, allowing me to continue my workday with little interuption.
John makes you feel like a family friend and Evan who I jokingly called my bestie throughout the closing process was available for all the questions as I prepared to make these big life decisions for my family.
Do I recommend them? Absolutely. Just know that if this is the first time buying a home or even a second time, you will sign a lot of documents, have deadlines and frankly some fear, but it's easier when someone is genuinely willing to take your calls, emails and help you through it.

“I will try my best to keep this short while covering the many good things I have to say about my experience at this location. Not only did this MidFirst branch resolve my concern, which was a BIG one, they demonstrated a level of compassion and neighborly care which alleviated sudden problems placed on my shoulders demanding a last-minute banking solution; as healthcare provider often working overtime, there was not one other location I had the option of reaching out to that was available at the time of my needs. The manager of this branch in particular took time to sit down with me, not because it was great for business, but rather to help. The bank tellers and supervisors, all of which I already know on a first name basis, were diligent and supportive as well. I will be extending my positive experience to others in my community, as this is THE ONLY BANK which is even open after common business hour; not to mention, very convenient location. “Rob Cole patiently provided friendly customer service by answering any questions I had whenever I was worried or concerned about the progress of the loan process. I found the phone app very helpful in uploading documents. The website was also helpful in that it looked much like the Phone app and was very intuitive. Although buying a home is a rather complex process when financing is involved, friendly service and good technology made it as painless as possible.”
“My bank. They are usually pretty cordial and greet you when you walk in. I was not greeted during my last visit to the lobby. I waited almost 15 minutes before a teller was available. The kind lady who eventually did help me, had me out of there in minutes after she approached me.”
