Nichols Hills Pack and Ship provides excellent and helpful service. The staff is consistently kind, patient, professional, and pleasant. They go above and beyond, offering very quick and affordable packaging. For specialized needs like high-end art, they provide personalized, over-the-moon service including custom crating, insured shipments, and excellent communication with photo updates. The overall vibe and energy in the building is top tier. While primarily a mailbox provider offering reliable iPostal service imperative for those living out of the country, they also expertly handle general packing and shipping. Customers find the staff amazing and extremely helpful, highly recommending this one-of-a-kind spot for all packing, shipping, and mailbox needs.
Usually don't leave reviews for anywhere but I'd like to highlight the very nice staff they had. Had to return an item through Happy Returns and was nervous about service if something went wrong with the return and was very pleasantly surprised with their friendly assistance.
