“I came in a beginner and the staff here were so kind and helpful; I left with all the information, seed starting soil, and compost for an old bed in my backyard along with organic seeds and a couple of seedlings I needed to start my own backyard vegetable and herb garden! I can’t wait to start growing my own food and doing something nice for the environment at the same time. I will be back to collect the supplies that I’ll need to start my own compost pile very soon!”

“As a delivery driver great place to go. In and out and very friendly staff. Little tight getting in with out goin off the 5 in drop off from the road to the ground but can barely be done. Wish someone would fill that drop off in would make it so much easier. But still 5 star receiver”
“I have always had a good experience at TLC. There have been a few occasions where the staff seemed disinterested and a bit lazy. These appeared to be young people. My experience as a long-time gardener finds that there appears to be two tiers of staff, those who absolutely love gardening and are very knowledgeable, and those who really don't have any knowledge base at all.
Ex: Watching kids watering plants that are very obviously suffering from over watering and are suffering from chlorosis, and placed in shady corners of the store.
But, you can find the same level of ignorance at Home Depot. Signs telling the buying public to plant their Blue Green " Elegans " Hostas in full sun. Botanical disaster.”

“Great location for this hardware store. Every time I come to this location the customer service is always pretty good and the store stock usually is equivalent to the stock online. It is in a busy location area but surprisingly it is usually never truly ridiculously busy. I definitely recommend this location.”
“This review is for a store associate by the name of Haffiz whose positive attitude and determination saved me an additional trip. I came in after seeing online that this location had 4 gang wall plates in the color white in stock (36 to be exact).
When I got there however, none could be found so I asked the front desk and and they sent Mr. Haffiz over. After searching a bit, I was ready to peacefully conceed defeat but Haffiz kept saying "don't give up," as our eyes searched the expansive stacks of inventory. Just as I was expressing my gratitude and he his apologies for my inconvenience he finds the exact item I need; hidden due to the box being turned, obscuring the item/SKU #.
I thanked him perfusely as he truly went above and beyond never giving up even when I did. I AM so grateful and hope management reads this and gives him proper recognition because it's very clear that Mr. Haffiz is one of those special people that truly cares..and it shows. Thank you again?❤.”

“Very Busy…. It’s a great problem for them to have. Very nice people, moved here from KC and I know quite a bit about fescue, Rye and bluegrass but do not have much knowledge of Bermuda and so far I’m not a fan of it, but they are helping me deal with it.
First step I’m having them test the soil which everyone should do every couple years to find out what I need to add and what I need to add to subtract from the soil.
Note: if your lawn care company doesn’t offer to do it and mine didn’t that’s why they are getting fired, and simply continues to just weed and fertilize they aren’t doing your lawn any justice they are just maintaining it, and if you care about your lawn the way I do I want to have a nice yard not just an ok yard.
I look forward to working with them for years to come and getting their professional advice.”
