Brought my father in for brain tumors...was treated well while in ER but after he was in a private room seemed the staff would rather gather and gossip in the hall than care for the patient. He ended up urinating on himself because everyone wanted to get someone else to help him. I will not be bringing him back here.

If you cannot speak, have a tracheostomy or a laryngectomy be cautious. Very few employees knowledgeable of these. Family must advocate for these patients. Make it clear that they cannot answer the nurse call button so a nurse must go to the room to see what they need or else the call will be ignored.
