Not a manned facility the back fence easily accessible to get through. I did not feel comfortable with my trailer there. The outside parking for trailers wasn't labeled. The units have 24 hour access. The rentals are reasonable with some discounts available. I only wish that they would reconsider having a dumpster on site.

We chose Primo due to the great pricing rate, location, and security. Found out the customer service was top notch too after I forgot to update my automatic payment billing after getting a new debit card. Front desk was very considerate and helpful. Recommend Primo!
