“Editing my review, Pinnacle Propane did not ask me to do this, but I feel like this a fair review...... After an initial less than 5-star experience...... I will say the Pinnacle Propane team was very responsive, and I believe genuinely interested in trying to figure out how to rectify the situation, for the sake of rectifying the situation. Sometimes mistakes happen, not the end of the world. I will be giving them a fresh chance going forward.”
“I just stopped by there because when I was little I remember my mother getting her tank filled at a place like this. The price is cheaper than an exchange, they fill your tank to fill capacity (the exchange at the stores aren't full) the team is friendly and the best part is they sell cuts of meat. Just bought a quarter brisket for $35 and has very little fat on it. I will be going back here for more than just propane/kerosene!”

“I’ve had a rough move. More than the usual. I dropped off my trailer I rented and got a free month of storage rent. I was helped by the GM Jamie of this location. I told her my long story and she listened and helped me out returning and finding the right size of until I needed. We talked quite a bit and she’s the reason why I recommend this location over the others I’ve used in the past. Jamie went above and beyond with listening to my story and getting me helped. Made the end of the process enjoyable. Stop by to see her she’ll take care of you like a customer should be taken care of. Highly recommend!”
“Staff made everything easy, especially hooking up and unhooking. Rather then have me back up for 30 minutes to get it exactly right, the guy just lifted up the hitch and put it where it needed to be. When leaving, you have to take a right turn and the first lighted intersection has construction, so you have to turn around to get on the interstate further down.”
