The Associate who helped us was amazing and went out of her way to help us find furniture. The structure of our apartment made it very difficult to find furniture that would fit through the front door and she shopped around until she found one that would fit perfectly! She also advocated to get us a fantastic deal financially! Thank you so much!!!!

This is taking so incredibly long.I had no problem going and picking this up, I have no furniture and nothing else to do.Hope it comes by todayThey do background checks expecting you to have a job, but they deliver "sometime".

I ordered furniture on 3/21 and was told it would be delivered on 3/23. The store manager assured me it would be delivered that day so I got rid of my old furniture. 3/23 rolled around and my items never arrived so I called the store after the delivery window had passed, and was told my furniture wasn’t even at the store and was being rescheduled to 3/25. On 3/25 I, again, call at the end of the delivery window after it hadn’t been delivered and was told that it wasn’t being delivered, without even a courtesy call and that it would be delivered on 3/27. Yet again today, I call at the end of the delivery window only to be told it’s not being delivered (that’s 3 times with absolutely no communication from the store for those who are counting). I have missed work, skipped out on plans, missed opportunities, and been without furniture for almost a week now. The best they could do for me was 2 weeks “free”. I’ve already paid several weeks in advance, meaning I’ve paid for a weeks worth of furniture I’m not even able to use. Every time I voice my displeasure, I get told that someone else has quit. I’m typically pretty patient but there has been absolutely no communication besides that which I have initiated and the excuses can only last so long without real resolution.Edit: it’s 4/10/2023 and they’ve told me they can’t even actually offer me the 2 weeks free that was offered as a consolation for rescheduling my delivery so many times L O L.

Don't go here. There are plenty of other RACs that will treat you 100% better. They're always shorthanded so they can't deliver anything they promise. They don't call you to let you know they're not coming. They rescheduled 3 times and not once did they call and tell me they weren't coming. By far the worst experience I've ever had trying to get a bed....

Don’t go this this store in particular the manager ERICA is as raciest as it gets. Which is crazy because they use to have the best manager and now it going down the drain. I hope rent a center can fix this

This is by far the worst place when it comes to customer service. They delivered the wrong stuff and missing parts. When I told them about the situation they still wanted to charge me.
