Employee didn't know how to scan barcode on bottom of email receipt to access Trans number even after I asked her to 3 times. Instead she called her Mgr who also didn't know what do. This store has EVERYTHING I needed and it's almost like I walk in and everything is already organized ready to purchase. I love this Ross location, 15/10 all day.
