When we called the next day to finalize the purchase, we had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan, the store manager. And after our phone conversation I can see why Ryan is the store manager. It’s rare to find a manager who is so invested in taking care of his customers, and his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile sealed the deal.
We purchased a BodyKore home gym package, and the experience only got better from there. The delivery and installation team was outstanding—everything was delivered on time, assembled perfectly, and set up with incredible attention to detail. They treated our home with respect and left everything spotless.
In today’s world, exceptional customer service is hard to find, but Push Pedal Pull has mastered it. Between James’ expertise, Ryan’s commitment to customer satisfaction, competitive pricing, and flawless delivery, this was one of the best retail experiences my wife and I have ever had.

“I took my son and his friends after a few failed attempts at other stores in the area. We got there just before closing despite the time the boys were not rushed. They were able to look around and all of them found something to buy. I was impressed with the selection and the 10% first time discount. They also have a generous points system. My son was excited about a hoodie he found and left the bag with his shirts in it. I called the next day and (I'm assuming) the owner offered to ship the items! We live out of town. I definitely recommend this store 10/10.”
“I was looking for stall bars that would fit in my space with low ceilings. I sent a message to The Beam Store and got a response from the owner the next day. Because they make every piece to order, they made me a set of stall bars in a custom height and width. When I received them, they were even better than I expected. Very high quality materials and construction--a heavy powder-coated steel frame with substantial wooden dowels. They fit perfectly in my space and I love them! I can't recommend The Beam Store highly enough.”

“I've been to this location a few times, usually to purchase something weird like a cornhole game or bottles of hot sauce. Every time I do, the store is extremely clean and everyone there goes out of their way to be helpful. Today we purchased some exercise equipment for my dad and the young man working in the fitness apartment (Jayden?) went above and beyond from loading the equipment onto a rolling cart to loading it into the back of our truck. It's this kind of service that keeps us coming back!”

“This is my favorite place to buy OU gear for my family. We live out of state and found The Big Red Shop several years ago while in town for a football game. The owner David is a great guy and has always treated us like friends since our first visit. He goes the extra mile to help us fInd what we are looking for and has made any exchanges we have needed without question. Retail shops like this one are hard to find anymore. I don't know about you, but I prefer to spend my money with real people who love Oklahoma and not some internet merch shop.”

“Century has always had some of the finest and most affordable martial arts equipment. Even though I have been in martial arts 40 years now and have had the opportunity to use many different companies, most have not lasted, I only use Century Martial Arts. I am just recently getting back in to teaching again, so I had to set up a new account. Jay Dolina helped me do so. We had an awesome talk and even had an awful lot in common. Jay and I have never met, but he seems like a brother to me now. I can't even tell you the last time I had good service anywhere, much less absolutely amazing service like Jay gave me.”
