Ms. Larry and Crystal are amazing! Going on 2 yrs here, I’ve never had any problems and when I have in my unit they were fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommended and affordable!

New office staff is really making a change and everyone has always been extremely helpful and responsive lately.Update 3/21/24. Best maintenance man I’ve ever encountered Julian is amazing. Larri is non stop in office she gets things done and done quickly. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them both!

The staff here at Tinker 48 are wonderful, the maintenance personnel are wonderful. They will make sure you are taken care! Property is clean and quiet. Great location next to the highway and multiple stores and food spots!
