“The Customer Service that I received was way over and above what would be expected.
Through my fault, my delivery was being sent back to Generac. Marsha Little in OKC came to the rescue and redirected the generator back to OKC where it was delivered promptly and courteously to my garage.
The communication between XPO offices is immediate and handled by real, understanding people. I am very grateful for that, and highly endorse this LTL (Less Than a Truckload) delivery company!”
“I was able to visit their office and have sand delivered within 24 hours, and exactly on time. Their prices were much better than some other companies around the south OKC metro.”

“Dropped off friend for his trip from OKC to New York.... my 1st time here and immediately it seemed much less sketchy than the old bus station downtown. It is tiny. Couldn't be easier access from i-40 or to get back on i-40. His bus left at the EXACT time it was scheduled. And if u aren't 100% comfortable at night in this location not to worry; directly across the street is the Waffle House & their were 3 separate OKC 5-0 units there during my 20 mins at the bus station. (I can't say for sure one way or another if they were having a meal or chit-chatting, but there didn't appear to be a disturbance)”

“People in the shop are very polite people from shop managers all the way to the mechanics.only reason am giving 4 stars is because I never met any office people so I have to leave room for that.”
