Crooks. They charge OEM prices for used or aftermarket parts and charge for work not done. They don't even have a real mechanic but they charge like one.

I brought my Lexus in to have hail damage repaired. Not only did it look like a brand new car when they were finished, Teddy and his crew did a complete detail inside and out for free. Way above and beyond. They will always get our business from this point.
