“My wife and I were passing through Oklahoma City on 8/20/26 and started to experience some loss in power and a check engine light on our Lexus 2020 NX300, which we love. We were on a road trip from Pennsylvania, on our way through Scottsdale, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Bryce and Zion Canyons. I limped it into Eskridge Lexus early the next day. Stephanie was my service writer and she quickly had a tech diagnose the issue as a failing fuel pump. There were no pumps available, so she ordered one, which was scheduled to be delivered early the next morning. Stephanie sent me on my way in a loaner RX350, at no charge. She even recommended some places that my wife and I could visit while waiting for our car to be repaired. We had a great time spending a some extra time exploring much of what Oklahoma City has to offer. Our repair was completed earlier than expected Saturday morning and we were on our way. My wife and I would like to thank Stephanie and Eskridge Lexus for turning what could have been a nightmare into the best experience we could possibly ask for.”

“I brought in a 2008 Audi that I obtained after it had been sitting for a couple of years. He educated me up front on what to expect, inclusive of pricing (as he was able to pending their findings). You can tell he has a great deal of knowledge, as he explained things in detail which I appreciated (but in a way that I could plainly understand). There were no surprises in terms of the final bill, and my car runs perfectly. Everyone I encountered were great. I will be back!”
