I went in for a cashier's check and the manager and teller were very friendly. Took longer than expected but I was ok with that since the teller was being trained on how to do a cashier's check.

Love this branch, and I especially love and appreciate Janiece! She is so sweet and truly takes the time and care to know her customers. Thanks to her, I was able to open a line of credit and purchase my first car. Been banking here for 5 years, and I have never had a bad experience.

I was interested in opening an account at UMB until I read the OK reviews, selected at the "We would love to know what you think" link on their website. None of the bad reviews received any response. I fear that may reflect their customer service.

Poor customer service. Poor response time. I have commercial property financed through UMB and I truly wish I had chosen a different bank. They have delayed my renovation and move in date over 2 months now stating there are "paperwork errors" that they continue to claim they are "clearing up." So frustrating and sad. My contractor (who has completed several hospitals and the outlet mall projects in the Oklahoma City area) says he has never jumped through all the hoops or dealt with these excessive delays form a bank before.

Janiece and the bank manager Tejal were very helpful when I set up my account. It is nice to be treated so well at a financial institution and have a personal touch. Highly recommend!!

In today's tech world, it's hard to believe a branch doesn't have the ability to provide their customers with temporary checks but that's what I got today from the downtown branch. #poor_customer_service
