The technical staff is very on top of assistance when we need it to update our new phones. My family is a an excellent plan. We have been with USC for almost 25+ years. My concern is that at certain times of the weekend there are not enough staff to handle the inflow of patrons. This has happened to me when i just want to pay a bill and there are others in front of me wanting to purchase phones etc. I would recommend to suggest to the staff (if there is one staff only) to ask people coming in the door “are you here to pay a bill” and get them to the head of the line instead of delaying 45 minutes (which happened to me once). Otherwise have at least 2 workers there instead of one especially during peak periods.

Don't go to this store. When I went it was a gay black man. He he acted like he did not want to help me. He acted jealous alo g with the customer. They were cracking jokes. I waited about 3 hours. I can tell he thought it was funny along with the white female customer. She was with her friend. He helped them. Not helping me. Another person came in. He greated them. I Saud I'm ne t I was here. He said with an attitude I know. I was doing uber my phone cracked. So uber thought I was fraudulent activity. I couldn't tell them. He caused me my job. He didn't are. So i left thinking I could go the the south store. I wouldn't have time. It would be closed. So I came back...he didn't greet me or cared. So I left and went to another pho e company. I was with us cellular for 8 years. I'm glad I left. Thus store is unprofessional. They should be fired

When I first walked in they acted like they didn't want to help me, then gave me some bull crap stating that they couldn't scan the strip on the back of my id (they didn't even try). Wow never been treated so poorly and I was extremely nice when I came in. Zero stars. Highly disappointed

The dirty white guy with the glasses made my experience extremely bad. He claimed that it is company policy I transfer over my old number and that I couldn’t pay cash. BUYERS BEWARE.

A salesperson, a White guy with dirty hair and a hat, misled me when selling me an iPad. He claimed they were practically giving the iPads away, accepted $20 for it, and gave me a receipt saying I paid $50. He never mentioned an activation fee or any additional charges. When I received my next bill, it was double, with over $40 in fees alone. This isn’t the first or second time I’ve left this store feeling deceived. I understand salespeople earn concessions and bonuses based on what they sell, but it’s wrong to trick customers. He specifically told me the iPad would only add $7 to my bill.

Buyers beware!!! We went and got 3 iPhone 15 pro max, 3 screen protectors, 2 cases. We paid cash with everything coming to a total of 463.08.
Then we paid cash on all of our activation fees of $90. We “supposedly” we to get the business plan with 4g at $160/mo. Well after calling the main US cellular my total monthly bill was to be $216/mo.
Sorry but NO! Wasn’t going to do that. So we had 14 days to cancel. I canceled on day 10, went to Verizon. When I went to get refunds-screen savors are a one time purchase, no refund, then you have the restock fees of $35/phone.
Since I did two CASH transactions, that is,at store level-(3rd party-I found) so Us cellular isn’t wanting to do anything about because that’s a store level transaction. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved with no avail. Regional manager in meeting which started this whole process-now not wanting to respond to me. I was told when I went to cancel I would receive a check in mail since they did not have cash in hand. It would be next business day. Went on a Thursday-yet here we are business day 4, NO CHECK.
Don’t believe the bull-these cellular people are just like car salesman’s. Better have everything you want in writing.
Resolution-still waiting on US cellular to make this right. As all this is signs of BAD business!!!

I already have plans of getting away from U.S cellular due to my phone always failing when I’m on a call CONSTANTLY and not ever having service. But then on 4/30, I go in to put money onto my account and I look at the app today 5/4, and it says my balance is past due, WHEN I GAVE THEM THE MONEY!! A call an agent and they say I have until 5/06 to pay a bill that has already been paid. I go into the store and there’s not a manager there, the store was not open for that long on Saturday (today) and even the managers are lazy. The representative there told me it would be handled today, yet my account on the app still says it’s a past due balance. This is the WORST phone plan. I’ll definitely be sure to tell anyone do not use U.S cellular.

USCellular has the best phone customer service and in store customer service. I went into the Memorial road location to complete my early upgrade to the Galaxy Zfold 5 after talking to the phone customer service. The upgrade went well and the specialists in store were able to transfer all my applications, contacts, and text messages perfectly without losing anything. I was able to keep my very old plan also. Thank you !

The internet is so slow I can barely even make a phone call, which is very sad considering U.S cellular is a “high speed internet” provider.

I’ll start this review by saying that every representative that we ever spoke to was always very considerate, but were never able to provide any resolution for us. About six months into the pandemic. We got a family plan with four lines. We were never able to use the cellular service in our home even though the coverage map said that the coverage was excellent. After numerous calls with customer service and the tech department, and adjusting every setting imaginable on the phone… We came to the conclusion that we would not be able to use the service in our home and by that time it was too late to return the phones. We were never offered any credit during the entire time we had service which was over two years, nor did we ask for one. This past Christmas we found an offer with another carrier that we could not pass up and changed them. It was our fault and we missed calculated what the termination fees would be since we still had two months left to pay on the phones and US cellular and refused to offer any type of credit. Basically for over two years, the majority the time we were on our phones, the only time that they worked was by using the Wi-Fi service in our home . We literally had to start every conversation on our phones, in our house… apologizing for cutting in and out .Their service seems excellent in Tulsa, adequate in Oklahoma City, but absolutely horrible in Edmond. That is all.

Jeff and his team took great care of me. I explained I had just moved from overseas to the US and was trying to figure out what was best for me. They listened to me and thought carefully about my unique situation, instead of just giving me some practiced sales pitch. The guys patiently took me through tons of different options and we ultimately settled on getting me set up with a brand new US phone, plan, and US number. They got me an incredible deal on a brand new Motorola G Stylus phone and plan. They were just super friendly and helpful, and never made me feel d*** when I needed them to re-explain something. And I know if I ever have any issues or questions, they'll be readily available to help me. Highly recommend.
