Expect no less than a half hour line each time you need to visit this branch. The manager doesn’t have any idea how to track packages and the front desk staff are the model of inefficiency. Use any other postal service. Carrier pigeons would work better.

Worst literally. There is this one short white lady there with short hair in her late 50s that wasn’t nice and pretty much ruined my day.

I came from Edmond for a passport appointment, only to find out upon arrival that the passport processing personnel were absent. Despite waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was informed by the front desk that the passport official was not available. This lack of communication about the unavailability of services was frustrating, especially considering the urgency I had for my passport, having waited for 15 days for this appointment. Now i dont know how long I'll have to wait for the next available passport appointment, but I've decided not to return to this location for future passport services??

Front doors locked during business hours. Papers taped to in front window say closed 1-1:30pm but it's only 12:34pm.USPS is tax payer funded and yet has no accountability.

I visited Wednesday June 13th around 6:15. While waiting my turn I observed a thinner white woman, late 50s customer service seemed lacking in my opinion.I feel as though she spoke to her coworker, a young Arabic woman condescendingly, impatiently and unprofessionally. The Arabic clerk waited on me, I told her I have a scan code on my phone for my package. The white woman interjected that the code isn't for shipping. I asked her if the barcode did not create a shipping label and told her it says scan at acceptance. She was disrespectful and unprofessional in her response communication, she condescendingly repeated back to me what I said it says beneath the barcode, also condescendingly doing a emphasizing gesture with her hand.I know what it says, as I told her what it says, so repeating back to me what I said in a condescending manner isn't helpful, friendly, or professional communication in informing me I misunderstood what the barcode was for.I would like to see accountability taken for farther training of this employee, maybe she needs to work in the back, I could clearly see and feel her attitude before she ever engaged me. I feel a mail clerk is more than being familiar with processing customers mail, etc, it is customer service as well.

They do not have any tape they can let you use you have to purchase an entire roll of tape? Are you kidding me I was sending one small package and they couldn’t let me use their tape. I see why USPS is going out of business

Rude employee when attempting to retrieve my package via my sister. Was on the phone with my sister and told her "this lady is rude" in Spanish after hearing how she was talking to my sister, very condescending. The employee immediately said "I speak Spanish" in Spanish, and proceeded to say this is policy you cannot pick up a package without a drivers license. I was willing to FaceTime so she could see me and my drivers license since I wasn't able to be there physically since I am a travel nurse that works 0646-1915 at OU. They refused to leave my package at the address I requested, because "I wasn't listed on the address" which I've been traveling for 2 years now and never had that office, and have been getting other packages the prior weeks at this address as well. I begged that they please work with me because I was able to provide my license via FaceTime and then she said I had to be there personally. I told her I couldn't just leave my patients early, my schedule didn't allow and I needed my package for my trip that Wednesday which I would've had to have been at the airport before the post office opened. When I asked if someone could wait on me to come, I'd be a little late but I'd head straight there she told my sister, AFTER rolling her eyes and seemed HIGHLY inconvenienced, that she would talk to her supervisor. She shortly came back out and said "your sister has 10 minutes to get here, we close at 7pm" . I'm ok if you really aren't able to make accommodations but to get that kind of customer service at this Midtown OKC Post office was the worst experience ever. Im not sure if it was a power trip but honestly, being rude right off the bat was so uncalled for. If you can't be professional, respectful or at least kind, find another job that doesn't require customer service.

i am missing 3 of my mail but they continue to mail to my address the previous tenants mail inspite of numerous RTS and “does not live here” also the supervisor named holly is extremely rude as she walks backwards during a complaint as if she is slowly creeping away. i also had to explain that my address is current and nothing is getting forwarded. i would explain that i am missing mail from my current auto insurance provider whom i reached out here to get oklahoma auto insurance and she is assuming i should be forwarded this mail from my previous state. extremely dimwitted person.

The hours are very convenient, they open early and close later than most postal offices. This allows me to come before and after work. People are the nicest ever !
