About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location at 305 NW 5th St offers walk-in passport services, which many customers found very easy, convenient, and quick. Reviews describe the service as smooth, with helpful and patient employees who ensure customers have the correct information. While customer service was sometimes called worthless, many specific workers were praised for being kind, personable, understanding, and great, with one catching a critical addressing error. The location itself is considered the best, with better service and quality compared to others, though it can get a little busy during lunch. The line, however, generally moves fairly quickly. The U.S. Postal Service is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery to every address.
