Read and believe all the low star reviews. This location is the worst one you could choose in Oklahoma. If you are considering getting a PO Box here DONT! If I didn’t just renew, I would change in a heart beat. They changed the hours for being able to access your P.O. Box due to issues in the area which is inconvenient for the average working person. Beats the purpose for having a P.O. Box if you can’t access it when your schedule permits. They have one good worker here the others either hate their job or have an attitude all the time, they all have a oh well attitude or just deal with it not accommodating whatsoever . Will not be renewing once the time comes. I will deal with the headache with updating my billing address then deal with this office any longer then I have to.

This location needs to fix their phones. It tells you to hold on the line and then hangs up on you. I've called the main USPS line and they say they can't do anything about it. My service issue was closed without Jennifer even speaking to me. She left a message and did not try to call back.Lived here for over 20 years and have had more misdeliveries in the last year than ever. I have Government issued documents that have been misdelivered, unable to be located ,and caused major problems due to it.

delivered my $325 order of baby clothes to the wrong address, did nothing to retrive it or even fix the issue whatsoever, filed a claim and they closed it the next morning without a single effort to resolve anythingfound the address myself of where the delivery scan was and still didn't helpcalled the direct number to this office 4-5 times but keeps hanging up everytime it rings after the automated messageTHE WORSE!

I have came here on two separate occasions the first being wonderful this man helped me & made my social anxiety ease a tad (shipping packages can be nerve-racking) he was very polite and patient even carried on a convo with me on the other hand my 2nd visit SHERISE was very rude and unprofessional her demeanor and tone was uncalled for. I never do these reviews but SHERISE needs to improve her customer service skills and learn how to be patient. She for sure doesn’t have the holiday spirit.

I've lived in this zip code for about 7 years. This is the second incident that my mail has been lost and not recovered. Today, I experienced no urgency about tracking my mail, the manager was polite when telling me there was nothing he could to help me with this issue.

They are usually very friendly and accommodating at this Post Office. You never have to wait long, because if the line is long, other people working there open up lanes.

My encounter with Sherise left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.During my visit to the USPS office, Sherise exhibited a noticeable lack of professionalism and a concerning abuse of power. Her behavior was characterized by a large ego that overshadowed her ability to assist customers effectively. Specifically, I observed the following issues:Dismissive Attitude: Sherise displayed a dismissive attitude towards my inquiries and concerns, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer seeking assistance.Abuse of Power: Instead of addressing my issue promptly and fairly, Sherise seemed to derive satisfaction from her position of authority, making arbitrary decisions that were detrimental to my experience.Lack of Empathy: Sherise appeared unwilling to empathize with my situation, failing to recognize the importance of efficient and respectful customer service.Ineffective Communication: Her communication skills were notably lacking, with a tendency to use condescending language and an overall unwillingness to provide clear explanations or solutions.It is disheartening to encounter such behavior from a USPS representative, as I have always had positive interactions with your organization in the past. Even after telling an employee that I wanted stamps to add up to $1.74, she still sold me stamps for the wrong amount. I was buying such a large amount that I didn't realize it until I got into the car and looked at my receipt. This was after much insistence on my part that it was possible for her to give me stamps that would add up to that amount, and her insistence that it wasn't. This was simply laziness on her part and an unwillingness to try to help a customer. So instead she simply going to overcharge me.

staff is often rude and the hours aren’t consistent. they close early from time to time which affects my business and deliveries. it’s frustrating when you expect it to be open til 5 and doors for drop off open til 6 like advertised yet they completely shut down at 4:40.
