I had a such a great experience at this location! It was my first time mailing a package through USPS, and I initially came with my item packaged in the wrong packaging for the postage I had paid. Sharice was super helpful in pointing me toward the packaging I needed, and was very kind even though I obviously had no clue...

They close the building during non business hours so you cant use the self-service machine to scan and drop off packages. You can still use the outside drop box near the street.
