I like the ease of being able to just drop off a package and go....however, more times than I can count, it will be DAYS before the package actually gets scanned in and shipped from the facility. No wonder the postal service is going extinct.

I was hoping to retrieve a package that couldn't be delivered from earlier today. The two ladies working were phenomenal and were able to find my package, despite some trouble with the tracking number. :)
They were very friendly and willing to help!
