What kind of a post office doesn't sell postage

I was hoping to retrieve a package that couldn't be delivered from earlier today. The two ladies working were phenomenal and were able to find my package, despite some trouble with the tracking number. :)
They were very friendly and willing to help!

Horrifying.
Recording goes on and on and on and on.
Took over one hr. just to speak to someone, just to find out she is not even in Oklahoma and can't check anything. Unbelievable... I JUST WANT MY MAIL... PLEEEEAAAASE!!!
