Where else can you get a letter or card, from coast to coast for about $0.50? And yes, they have slowed down over the years, but just remember that since I have been on this Earth the population has doubled and the amount of mail going out has probably quadrupled. I think they do a pretty darn good job.”

“I feel compelled to respond to the last review that was made by the last reviewer. The clerk at this post office had been recovering from a bad case of shingles. He had terrible head and ear pain and could barely speak because his throat was so swollen he couldn't eat solid food. His voice was very hoarse but he was toughing it out for the sake of his customers. So in his condition he might have sounded rude to the customer but the customer did not understand what the clerk was going through. Believe me, this clerk does his very best to serve his customers and is thankful for every one of them.”

“Went to the post office 10 minutes before it closed to ship two packages before our flight on Monday to over seas. We didn’t know we have customs to fill out and we were there way past closing time. Deonte helped us through it all and was so polite and nice. This was our last chance to ship the items because we returned our rental car today-Saturday. We are so thankful for him and we definitely recommend going there for him.”

“When I first time went to this store to send something, I was afraid that the service staff here would be impatient because I didn’t know how to choose the express order, so I needed to ask clearly. Unexpectedly, they were very friendly. Not only did they patiently explain the differences between express delivery orders, and they also gave me good suggestions. I like their service very much . So I always choose to mail it to this store.”

“I was just dropping off a letter into the slot. Early early in the morning as soon as I could get there, so 8 o’clock and there’s beaming young woman came out the door with her arms full. Yes you’re employed with the happiest attitude greeted me with a smile, and a good morning started my day off right she just was a beam of light beauty inside and out was just oozing out of her! I’m just a little old lady and some of my days are blooming and she really really really just cheered me right up just by a simple hello and a happy greeting and how are you doing? I wish I knew her name so I can personally say thank you for making an otherwise same old day into one of the absolute joy.”

Its actually a bit longer to drive here than another post office location for me but the experience is that much better making it worth it.”

“I think they have staffed up here. They had two people working the counter when I was here, and my wait was just a few minutes. Thanks to the new federal mask mandate, I'm happy to report everyone was properly masked. I had been in here a few times before during the pandemic and people were not masked, which was really stressful for me, and probably very stressful for the people who work here. They didn't have some of the stamps I wanted, which was a little disappointing. They also were not friendly. I'm not really expecting a new best friend, and I know it is hard to be a public-facing employee during a pandemic, so I don't really care. I wish this place were a little bit nicer. The parking lot is always a little scary, and the post office itself is small, poorly lit and depressing. Why do our public buildings have to be so depressing? I feel bad for the people who have to spend 40 hours a week in a dingy building with bad lighting. It's like the opening scene of Joe vs. the Volcano, which may be part of why they're not the friendliest.”

“This facility accepts cash but may appreciate your smaller bills and change. Staff is easy going and friendly. There's a bit of a wait at times, but this is because of the kind caring treatment from staff there. They give directions and are always smiling! As with many shops in the area, this staff has long term employees and that improves realistic planning and secure mail service. Never a problem parking and there's never any issues with safety or health. I never see discounted USPS postal Holiday cards on sale and wonder where they go because they are always slow to move. Maybe there's a dead stock place to buy, I forgot to ask. They have traditional return mail certified letters that allow delivery control. The hand filled out mail forward cards were out. I don't think they have any option for passport but this is a convenient place for such. Nice old fashioned post office. I liked this very much and will go back! On the way to many things, at the East end of the City of Britton. Britton is coming alive again and this anchor store will set the pace! Thank you USPS!”
