The absolute worst service I’ve ever received from a mail office, 3 seperate packages be delivered and the carrier was incapable of doing his job and putting the parcel locker key in my mailbox and when I called and asked for help it took 3 days and 3 phone calls for someone to finally say “whoops it maybe got put in the wrong locker, you’ll have to file a claim”

Employees are definitely shooting up heroin in the back before shift. This is single-handedly the only post office that manages to continuously not deliver packages to the correct address, or are too lazy to even leave packages at a doorstep.

We moved into our new home in August and for the past month every package that comes to us is never delivered to us! They say they tried to forward it?? How can you forward a package when we still live here!!! This is unacceptable and unprofessional!! I have gone in and a gentleman said he would get it fixed but here I am another package being returned because someone can’t deliver packages!!!

They never actually see if you're home to deliver a certified letter. I even checked my ring doorbell and I was home at that time. What a bunch of lazy people!!!
