She listens to me and is able to recognize subtle changes in LouLou that I think others might have missed. She explains everything thoroughly and provides reassurance to me. Recently LouLou was diagnosed with gallbladder problems and Dr. Rostykus identified the issue immediately and explained the treatment plan to me in detail so I could best care for my baby. I scheduled a surgery date and took her back to have what was a tumor removed. All this staff, from receptionist to Dr's treated my pet as if it were thier own.
