“Everytime I go people are kind, helpful. At this point in my membership some of them even recognize my car! A small area in the front with toys my kids can play with while we wait. Wait times vary depending on amount of staff and if it's a peak time or not, but that's to be understood anywhere you go. Highly recommend.”

“My 1/4 glass had broken off my Kia. The glass was salvageable but I couldn't get it fixed due to Memorial weekend and no one else even answered the phones. Neighborhood Glass did. They couldn't get me in that day but they helped me with their next availability and explained pricing. He was knowledgeable and professional. I got it fixed today. Price and service were both great. “Very pleasant experience comming and returning. Didn’t have to wait for the shuttle at the airport which was a big plus with lots of luggage. “The wash was fine. The back liftgate of my van and it really get washed it all which seems to be par for the course at any drive through car wash place so not much of a complaint there just should have been better ,could have been better so four stars. I will say the way they billed my bank account almost got me into hot water with my wife though. Instead of the charge saying superklean it says Super 8. Like the motel chain. My wife had some heated questions for me 🤣
Reply to business: I chose the basic wash. Which should still include cleaning the back of the vehicle, doesnt need a hand scrub but should at least have gotten sprayed down. Mine did not. I could have paid the 20 or $29 for your top-tier packages. However for that amount I would prefer to go to the Blue Beacon Truck Wash and have four of their attendents scrubbing the vehicle at the same time and then inspecting the vehicle with a flashlight after to make sure they have gotten it clean.
They do that for their basic clean package which is 28.00, I have my service van cleaned there weekly.”
“The works car wash does a good job of removing stuck on bugs and putting a nice shine on your vehicle. The free vacuums are also very nice and do a great job of picking up whatever you have laying inside your vehicle so be careful not to get too close to something you don't want vacuumed up.”

“I must say out of all the carwashes I have been to this one is the best! I really feel that Kohn and his team actually care about the machines and equipment. I went to the Okie Wash Express in BA on Elm and was extremely disappointed. None of the vacuum cleaners worked at all. They were clogged or they had no suction.i had to use my small hand held battery powered vacuum which does great for small clean ups. However it worked better than the vacuums there. I greatly appreciate John and his team at the location on Admiral and Memorial for the attention and time they put into keeping theirs in working condition. I would drive way out of my way to come to this location. It is that awesome! I am an Uber driver so I am in to wash my car almost on a daily basis and have never had an issue with this location. Been going here for the past 6 months. Keep it up guys!”
