“Best experience I have ever had in this industry. Had a wrecked front end. Got an appt the day I called. Got an estimate while sitting there. They ordered the part that day and had things ready to go the next day and finished the job quickly. Very friendly and honest with excellent communication with a fair price . Looked new on completion.
Compare that to my last experience where I took my truck to another place a couple years ago. 3 days went by with no communication or response to my inquiries. Had to drive up to the other place just to get an update and wait in line then never get straight answer. My truck sat there while they waited over a week for the part. Then it was another week to fix it. These were similar level damages.
So Trademark took 2days, while the other place took 2.5 weeks. Night and day difference. Management and good skilled technicians make a difference folks.”

“This is THE best place in Oklahoma to get your car detailed. I’ve spent over $300 for a mobile car detailing to get throw up stains out of my vehicle and they couldn’t even do it, but when I showed up to pick up my car today at Garcia’s every stain that’s been in there for years was out. My car smelled amazing and looked fresh off the lot. I cannot recommend this place more spend your money here rather than a big company. They deserve it; their hard work deserves it. “My 1/4 glass had broken off my Kia. The glass was salvageable but I couldn't get it fixed due to Memorial weekend and no one else even answered the phones. Neighborhood Glass did. They couldn't get me in that day but they helped me with their next availability and explained pricing. He was knowledgeable and professional. I got it fixed today. Price and service were both great. “I must say out of all the carwashes I have been to this one is the best! I really feel that Kohn and his team actually care about the machines and equipment. I went to the Okie Wash Express in BA on Elm and was extremely disappointed. None of the vacuum cleaners worked at all. They were clogged or they had no suction.i had to use my small hand held battery powered vacuum which does great for small clean ups. However it worked better than the vacuums there. I greatly appreciate John and his team at the location on Admiral and Memorial for the attention and time they put into keeping theirs in working condition. I would drive way out of my way to come to this location. It is that awesome! I am an Uber driver so I am in to wash my car almost on a daily basis and have never had an issue with this location. Been going here for the past 6 months. Keep it up guys!”
“So backstory! I went to whitewater car wash today and paid $27 plus a tip for their ultimate package and I really only needed the vacuum. So I finish with the car wash part and go to use the vacuums when the worker comes out and tells me vacuums are closed today. Like why not tell me that earlier! Just wasted near $30 on a car wash! I come down the road to Tommy’s and explained the situation to a very nice man named Hudson! He was totally understanding and let me just use the vacuums! Hudson was absolutely AMAZING to interact with and you can tell he is a very good employee! I will forever use Tommy’s Express now because of the interaction I had with Hudson!”
“AMAZING job! THANKS FOR RESCUING ME - HOURGLASS!!!! After clearing my schedule for a mobile detail service to come detail my car - the service cancelled at the last minute (after delaying a few times). I jumped in my car and headed to Hourglass - was greeted with smiling faces and a price that was 1/4 of what the mobile detail place was going to charge. My car was dirty beyond reason. It came out spotless! There was a bit of splattered paint that the guys missed but they noticed it and quickly fixed it.
I drive a black car with lots of details on the exterior. Keeping it beautiful is a chore. I WILL BE BACK!!! I highly recommend this place!”
