“If one needs an affordable venue to have small parties or events, this is a space for you. I held a small Christmas party.

The space was adequate. One obstacle: no refrigerator in the Eagles Room. I brought an ice chest, though.

Renting the space was an easy process.

The room is a bit dated, but the price matches the product.”

“I had such a wonderful experience coming here. The shop is very cute and clean, the selections are tasteful and carefully displayed. And the prices are great. The service was also wonderful. The ladies at the cashier were very helpful, and friendly, and didn’t mind my little one running around the shop trying to buy all their toys. Not your typical thrift shop experience. I will definitely be coming back.”

“It is only appropriate that I write this review on 211 Day! CSC does amazing work in our community and has been for 78 years. It was originally formed to bring social agencies together to communicate, identify issues of shared concern, and explore ways to work cooperatively to better serve people in need. Their vision is for Tulsa to be empowered to ignite opportunities and eliminate disparities for all people. Their mission is to confront challenges to health, social, education and economic opportunities, and strategically advance effective community-based solutions. They do this through research, planning, networking, and mobilizing resources. One of the things they do is run the 211 help line. Anyone can call be connected to the resources and services they need including help with food, clothing, utility/rent bills, housing, health services, employment and even crisis lines. It is a wonderful service for those organizations that are providing help. Help is also offered in other languages including Spanish, Zomi, and Burmese. CSC is a great resource when it comes to accessing demographic info, economic trends, and culture to provide leadership for best shaping a historically different new era ahead that will offer a high quality of life for Oklahomans. They use this information to implement an overall prevention strategy for enhancing human development focused on investing in people, enabling more individuals to care for themselves and their families, and to contribute to a positive civic health. Their main investment areas are: data & Information, education, health, housing & homelessness, reduced incarceration, and veterans. As a catalyst seeking and driving solutions to meet critical needs, they serve their mission through these five functions: Communicator, Convener, Connector, Creator, and Capacity-Builder.”

“What a cool place to stop in and learn and see a glimpse into the air history of Tulsa international airport. The guys working the museum were incredibly helpful and more than willing to give you a tour of the place. The exhibits were in excellent condition and the place was clean. Being able to get up close to the F-14, the space exhibits, and the Huey outside were neat to see and experience. If you are looking for a spot to stop at in Tulsa, I would highly reccomend adding this to your travel stop.”

“Share House is a wonderful place, run by caring staff who work hard to help those in need. I send my homeless clients here when they finally get their apartments. All the furniture is donated by individuals and businesses. Sometimes, businesses, colleges, or hotels will remodel, and they'll give their old furniture to Share House. Sometimes, furniture stores will donate new mattresses. Share House then charges a small fee for a certain number of tickets, and the client shops for furniture, paying with tickets. The money Share House charges is used to pay their bills. If you have furniture you don't need, or if you're downsizing your home, please consider donating it to Share House. They are a great non-profit agency that helps local people in need. Share House also accepts lamps, small appliances, wall pictures, and other household goods, but mainly furniture.”

“I volunteer with the race very year. It is by far the best experience for a run this big. It is well organized. Safety is a priority. And above all, fun. When the rain came in, everyone rolled with it. The staff stay onsite until the last runner is over the finish line. Everyone matters and you get that impression by meeting the people behind the blue jackets. Absolutely love this program. They give so much to make sure the Route 66 Marathon is successful.”

“One of the few thrift stores open at 9am on a Saturday, which is nice. There’s a 25% off ‘early bird’ special if you shop before 10:00 on Saturdays.

Good selection of women’s clothing (half the store) mostly larger plus sizes when I went- up to 3x+. Small men’s section, decent kids section and lots of shoes and home goods (even rugs!)

Very friendly staff, lots of outerwear and good variety of styles available.

Took off a star because the clothing sections were a little hard to navigate and they have no dressing rooms available, so you have to take a chance on fit.”

“**All the people leaving negative reviews about not receiving assistance, HAVE NO ROOM TO TALK BAD about this church, just because YOU did not qualify for assistance, shame on y'all**Single dad here. I showed up to the church with my 3yo daughter on the day of my utility disconnection, hoping God would answer my prayer for assistance. Brenda and all the ladies up front were more than accommodating to me and MOST importantly my rambunctious toddler, they helped my daughter and I in a time of need and I can not say enough good things about this church & the ladies who work up front. I AM BEYOND THANKFUL FOR BRENDA & THIS CHURCH.”

“One of the best shelters I've ever stayed in, the staff really does go above and beyond to help you get yourself together. Unlike most shelters these people actually care about your future and your well being which is so encouraging. If I could give this shelter 1000 stars I would. I highly recommend it to anyone that's in a unsafe environment.”
