“Great experience, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! The new manager guy, running the store was super helpful and took their time to help me with my phone while also juggling other customers, while all alone! Will definitely be coming back! Had some bad experiences in the past here, with previous employees, but they're gone now. looks like I will be making this my regular store again, rather than driving all the way to Tulsa.”
“On April 21st at around 5, right after I got out of work, I was in a TERRIBLE mood. I had some things that I had to have for tomorrow (as well as a need to fuel my minor spending addiction after a horrible day), but I honestly wasn't in the mood for people. So I put in a Drive Up order, never having used it before. I was surprised at how quick my order was ready and arriving to me (especially compared to my experience using Walmart pickup). Even better, it actually had the exact items I wanted, and not subpar replacements. The employee who delivered me my order (Brian) was very friendly and helpful (and completely unjudgemental of my messy car). Overall, I had an amazing experience and would defintely recommend.”
“You know I hate GameStop lol, but this store is pretty cool. Friendly and helpful staff, and for some reason GameStop has been having amazing deals in preowned games lately, especially compared to vintage stock just across the street. Their inventory is kind of whatever but I’d say it’s worth a browse if your looking for modern games”

“I wasn't sure about the store because of the reviews so I went to Sam's instead. That was a mistake. I had to go to the store anyway and Brock and Andre were extremely helpful. I was lied to at the other location and then disrespected on the phone when I questioned the issue. Unfortunately Brock and Andre had to deal with the mess from the other store and not only got it done quickly, gave me some information that I should've been given by the other store.
I know most, if not all the bad reviews are referring to people that no longer work at that store....THEY WORK AT THE STORE IN SAMS!”
