However, one of the customer service people in there who's name I believe is Liz. I just needed an upgrade but it felt like it took hours and by the end of the interaction I knew her entire life story, some of those details seem a tad bit too personal. Kind of unprofessional.”

“I wasn't sure about the store because of the reviews so I went to Sam's instead. That was a mistake. I had to go to the store anyway and Brock and Andre were extremely helpful. I was lied to at the other location and then disrespected on the phone when I questioned the issue. Unfortunately Brock and Andre had to deal with the mess from the other store and not only got it done quickly, gave me some information that I should've been given by the other store.
I know most, if not all the bad reviews are referring to people that no longer work at that store....THEY WORK AT THE STORE IN SAMS!”
