“Associate unable to do even exchange at her register, was directed to customer service where I believe the manager assisted with transaction.
Associate stated several times she did not know how to do even exchange but did not have a person to help or train her to better help at registers.”
“My son and I were last minute shopping for a suit for his graduation and had no clue where we were going but luckily we found Ralph’s! We walked in and told Ralph what we were looking for and he immediately found what we had in mind! Ralph was able to tell how the suit needed to fit by looking! You can tell he’s been doing this for years! Ralph found us a tailor and got us right! Everything was smooth from start to finish and he’s a really nice guy! I’ll definitely be back again! Ralph’s Menswear is were I’ll be getting my suits for now on!”
“Eli is the store manager and she is amazing. Very knowledgeable and a great sales person. She was very patient with me and my fiancé as we were looking for a wedding suit for him. She was willing to accommodate for us and was extremely helpful with everything. I would recommend that everyone in the area that’s looking for a custom made suit or any custom clothes comes here.”
“Very nice and clean store and the staff was great with helping me with my selection of boots. The only fault I could say is that the boots online that I wanted was not in the store , but the alternative boots I wanted was.”

“In the days of horrible customer service from so many companies, how refreshing it is to have an exceptional experience! I went to the LivyLu store on Saturday. I bought a couple of shirts while there, but one shirt I wanted was in their warehouse. Juliana asked me where I lived. I told her south BA. She promptly without reservation told me she would just drop it by my house on Tuesday on her way home, as she didn’t live far from me. I got a text from her this afternoon saying she would be by around 5:00 today. She then texted and told me it was on my porch! Can you just imagine a world with companies that took this much pride in what they do?
I will never stop shopping at LivyLu! Thank you for an incredible experience!”

“We were in town for my brother in law's wedding, and we realized my husband (the officiant) somehow forgot his suit at home. We ran through the doors and John quickly eased our worries. Not only did we find a great suit, but he set up us with his tailor to get the pants hemmed. We walked out with a new (gorgeous) jacket, pants and a belt in under 20 minutes. John was so incredibly friendly and helpful!”
