“Arrived in Tulsa to visit a friend and he wanted to take me to The Summits Club. A private club with a dress code. So I would need a pair of dress pants. Found Fashion Fever online just five minutes from where I was staying. The store was easy to find and has a large selection of men's and women's apparel. Mr. Chugani was pleasant and helpful. He knew just looking at me my waist size. After looking at several pants Mr. Chugani pulled out. I purchased a pair that fit and look good. Thank You!”

At the time, I was only interested in purchasing clothing, but later she talked to me about the swappable lenses on a pair of glasses I already owned. (Context) I wanted a pair of Costas glasses since I heard they were good for fishing, but LeeAnn then told me that Oakley has their division of fishing glasses as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t purchase a pair, not LeeAnn's fault, but the frame options weren’t to my taste..Then LeeAnn told me that the same fishing lenses could be swapped into my pair of glasses and described an easy DIY installation. Immediately sold me on the idea. No complaints here, just acknowledging LeeAnn’s great sales strategies without being aggressive or overly done… Rubio A.”

“We have two weddings to attend. We went suit shopping, I'm not going to lie, I thought this was going to be a disaster. Customer service has become a thing of the past. We pulled up, went in, and were greeted right away by Calvin. No exaggeration, Calvin had him in the perfect suit, shirt, and free tie in 30 minutes. Yes, you heard me right...FREE! The alterations were minor and will be available for pickup on Friday. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in years. They have a wide variety of suits, tuxedos, shirts, and accessories. They are not a rental company. Go see Calvin!”

This store is a hidden gem in Tulsa!”

Not only did we find a great suit, but he set up us with his tailor to get the pants hemmed. We walked out with a new (gorgeous) jacket, pants and a belt in under 20 minutes. John was so incredibly friendly and helpful!”

I came across this as I was looking for a different look for my Wedding and after viewing their inventory, I was sold! I had one of the best customer service through the entire process in communicating with Bailey! Bailey literally listen to my requests and made it happen! All through the night of my wedding I kept getting compliments about the bow ties! I had specific instructions for Bailey, and he definitely delivered as promised and he even gave me a generous discount!!! “I have been frequenting this chain for almost 2 decades. I started at the Joplin location since I'm from there at 18 y/o, then started at this location a decade ago when my sister moved to Tulsa. I've now lived in CA for almost 8 years and am soooo sad this chain hasn't moved this far west after all this time! I've found nothing like it out here at all. I'm a HUGE thrifter and NBC definitely isn't near as cheap as thrift stores, BUT thrift stores rarely have clothes with store tags on them whereas most of NBC's stuff does have those tags. My sister and I have called NBC the "no holes, no stains" store for years and years because you really have to be careful here with stuff since a lot of it has one or both of those things wrong haha. I haven't been to this location in 4 years or so until last week. In that amount of time, I'll say their prices have certainly gone up, but what place hasn't raised their prices. At this location, note all the super sales are in the wing off to the right of the front door. On the main floor, the sale stuff will be along the walls mostly. You can spend hours in the super sale wing, but be careful for flaws in that section - check for working zippers, missing buttons, rips, holes, stains, and whack issues with stitching (like an arm being stitched closed lol). They do have a decent amount of kids stuff in the back, but that section is an absolute hot mess, especially looking for littler kid stuff (under 6x) like I was. My biggest splurge and best find ever at this store was during my last visit - a $450 All Saints lamb skin leather jacket in my size with store tags still on it for $65! It was a grey tag marked at $112 and that color was 40% off. I couldn't believe what a find this one was! There was only a slight imperfection on the leather that I could see, a tiny line of discoloration, maybe a like a slight scratch that didn't break the leather, but left a small mark. Literally no one will notice, so totally worth it!”

So now you need to find an acceptable associate to unlock items off the shelves and racks to try on or purchase. Our associate had to grab 3 different keys to help us get what we wanted to purchase. Just crazy...”
