The online banking app is a mess for starters. Now I just called their number to see if they were open and get some info on my account. Someone answers and says no, the banks are closed and instantly hangs up. That is very rude to me and I will now be looking for a new bank.

Friendly environment every visit. Every time I have had an issue they are quick to call to action. I don't see myself switching banks any time soon.
