Went in to have my work boots checked out and walked out with a full replacement pair not what I was expecting but can only thank redwing and the employees for standing behind their product and customer service.

Measured my foot with the machine and got me the true fit that I needed for a truly great pair of work boots

Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. The gentleman was patient enough to very very kindly explain to me I don’t know what insole to get and to try his suggestion first and gotta say LOVE being wrong. 10/10 now for the next pair lol
