“The young man here helped me out big time. He is a great employee and has a true talent for customer service. I hope his superiors or boss can compensate his talents now or very soon he is the lynch pin of this store. I didnt catch his name but it was around 1245pm on Sunday August 23rd 2026. He didnt have the boot I desired but checked the Tulsa store and let me know they had two in stock of the size I needed. God bless you young man and your commitment to customer service.”

“Took our oldest grandsons to Shoe Carnival on tax free weekend for back to school sneakers. The store was busy but it's laid out so the customers flow easily through the store. Shoes are expensive, so I signed up online and received a 10.00 off cupon. I spent over 180.00 on 2 pairs of sneakers and 2 bundles of socks. I honestly didn't think that was bad for name brand everything plus most importantly, my grandsons were thrilled with their new sneakers!”

“The item I ordered arrived in a timely manner even though it was the same week as Christmas. It was exactly what I ordered and it was double boxed and neither box was damaged. Unfortunately due to inconsistency with sizing in the brand, I had to return the item which Hibbett made very simple”
