“Called on a Friday at 4 o’clock, and the driver was at the house within 10 minutes. He was able to give me the fee upfront and recommended rolling the car into the street so his truck didn’t bottom out and scrape up the driveway. Clean and well-maintained truck that I was comfortable putting my car on for him to tow away.”

“Honest and competent; two hard to find traits in the auto repair business. I recently took my vehicle to Alternative Automotive after hearing a slight metal scraping or chirping intermittently which seemed to be coming from the rear. Mike and his crew did a thorough job of troubleshooting all possibilities from worn brake pads, sluggish calipers, wheel bearings and even the differential. They could have run up a big tab unnecessarily repairing or replacing components not really needing to replaced. However, instead they verified all areas were working properly and I didn’t even new pads. They fine tuned a couple braking components and declared my car was good to go without worrying about a major breakdown. His bill was more than fair. I just found me a new shop for my automotive work”

“It was some months ago now that I broke down and needed a tow to my mechanic, but I've randomly had a memory of my talk with David about life, tribulation, The Lord and what else and it's made me smile tonight. As other reviews mentioned, he's upstanding in his work and business, but he's also a good ol' boy. In a weird way, I'm looking forward to when my beater causes another calamity.”
