They picked me up from my house before 9am next day and ran me over to the tyre shop that sold me the bad tyre. “Made an appointment with Alternate Automotive and when we showed up they were ready to work. Good group of people that were honest and transparent.
Had an issue with our car A/C and they were able to pinpoint the problem and get it repaired. Another place in owasso wanted to replace the entire A/C system costing almost 4 times the amount. They were able to save us a good amount of money and did the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend them.”

He was so nice and knowledgeable .
He was very honest and I would love to do business with him but unfortunately Nissan has made it hard to work on the Diesel truck.
I appreciate Doug being honest and not letting me bring the truck in and cost thousands.
I think that is the best customer service when they take the time to spend on the phone and still be so nice even when I’m not bringing the truck in for service.
I was told if the dealership doesn’t help me out that he would try to help me.
