my parents opened a checking and savings account for me back in 1989 when I was 16 yrs old with Tulsa Federal Employees Credit Union, I still have these accounts and I run my business checking and savings as well. had ZERO issues with TFECU!!!! Since We Street has taken over it has become a disaster with these people! every time I make a deposit usually every 10 working days they try and hold certain amounts of deposits and release them 5-7 business days later and when I tell them I don't accept that it's like their world is completely ruined and they get extremely rude!!! looking for new place to do business with!

So, I banked with Tulsa Federal Credit Union for years. In that time it went from a pretty decent credit union to what it is now. I would not recommend WeStreet anyone: their staff is rude and unhelpful, their polices and rates are the worst in town. They seem to be suffering a mass exodus of customers and that says a lot about them as a place to bank. I left about a year ago. Came in person to shut my account down. The teller gave me a receipt and everything was zeroed out. Now they sent me an email stating that I owe them money and they are going to report it to a credit agency and or sue. Wow, I just wanna be done with these people.

Nothing but continuous complications over the 5 yrs I've been banking with them. Last straw was charging $20 to do a loan payment over the phone. I immediately hung up and refinanced my loans through someone else and moved all of my accounts as well

Customer service has been steadily moving downhill over the past couple years. It takes an act of God to talk to a human being or get something taken care of outside an ATM. What used to be basic banking services is now an unnecessarily complicated process. We are over it and moving our business elsewhere.

I have been a member of the credit union for almost 20 years and up until about a year ago, never once considered changing financial institutions. The Owasso location is such a bad representation of the credit union as a whole and unfortunately the only one convenient for me. You can sense the bad attitudes from the employees as soon as you walk in the door. The teller(s) and branch manager are lazy but can message back and forth from their computers. However, the teller did have time to check her smartwatch while telling me the withdrawal I needed to make couldn't be done until 6 days later (4 business days). The phone representative told me how to accomplish it same day (took 2 minutes of being on hold). It is also none of the teller's business why I need to withdraw a certain amount of cash out my account. Hopefully this location can get brought up to par with the others soon. The hassle of changing everything to another institution is daunting, but unfortunately necessary.

Would not recommend this bank. My parents and I had accounts here for YEARS and they did all of us dirty. A family member was cashing fraudulent checks through his account and instead of putting a stop to it like they are supposed to do they continue to let him do it until he had gone through about $8,000 and they decided it was okay to take that $8,000 out of my parents account to cover their loss. Without consent or anything. And refused to give my parents that money back. They closed my saving and checking account with no notice or warning or anything. I had over $10,000 getting ready to be deposited into my account before they closed it without my knowledge. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Meh. About one-half of the tellers are sullen and hateful. The others are fine to deal with. The call center is almost worthless. I wanted to switch banks last year because they failed to notify Visa that my home phone number had changed (over one year ago) and Visa froze the card because they couldn't get it in touch with me. I couldn't correct it and apparently after two calls, no one at the call center was intelligent enough to do it either. I had to go in person to this branch and demand that they fix THEIR mistake before I went out of town the following week. They did but it never should have happened to begin with. FYI - their debit cards will not work at the post office to purchase money orders because they consider it a "cash advance". Of my own money. From my own account. Utter b.s. I can't find any bank or credit union that is any better or I would leave in a hot minute.

The lobby is closed. After I walked to door, then they told me I had to go through drive through and it was about a fraud case. Ridiculous

I have been a member since 1975. I live out of the Tulsa area and I need to transfer money from my savings account to my checking account. The web page and automatic answering machine, prevent me from talking to a person. This is unsatisfactory, unprofessional and this completely computerized customer support is preventing my access to my funds. I am a very unhappy customer.
