Nothing but continuous complications over the 5 yrs I've been banking with them. Last straw was charging $20 to do a loan payment over the phone. I immediately hung up and refinanced my loans through someone else and moved all of my accounts as well

Customer service has been steadily moving downhill over the past couple years. It takes an act of God to talk to a human being or get something taken care of outside an ATM. What used to be basic banking services is now an unnecessarily complicated process. We are over it and moving our business elsewhere.
