“Michelle is great! She is always so friendly when I go in. Today I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and didn’t realize it was gone until I got to work. I called to see if anyone had turned one in, which they hadn’t, but she actually walked out into the rain and found it in the parking lot for me. Also had it dried off when I came to pick it up. I appreciate her so much!”
“I shopped this Aldi for the first time. The staff are super helpful. They have a good selection of produce, meats, and dairy. I like the housewares items and kids toys they offer, too. I will definitely be back.”
“I had a co-worker come to my aid yesterday. I locked my phone and keys in my car. I couldn't remember anyone phone numbers. It's the phone brain thing ! I spoke with Conner at the service desk and asked if he could call a UBER to take me to Greenwood to get my extra key and bring me back to Fort Smith. That didn't work. Conner said if I would wait 30 minutes, he would take me. He is a very exceptional young man! We had a nice visit on the ride. He refused to take any money or allow me to put gas in his car. Connor is a college student, and I would think a valuable employee for Harps!”
“The produce is always very nice looking. The deli smells great and looks better. The pharmacy is the best. More variety on the 5 for 25 would be amazing. There never seems to be any hamburger meat.”

“Well organized, aisles are kept clear and plenty of boxes to use if you forget you bags and don't want to buy more at check out. There was only 1 lane open when I went to check out but they opened a second quickly and the line moved smoothly and quickly. Good prices.”

“There's always room for improvement. I've seen the horrible 1 rating stars from 2-5 years ago. People may have been different back then, but the associated today (July of 2025) help you save every bit of your dollar that they can. Unfortunately the Dollar General looks like about 90% of the other Dollar General stores that I have been in (Mostly in Fort Smith), cluttered. As an old associate that use to work at a DG over 30 years ago, I can attest, this is not the fault of the associates. I'm still surprised that the company still relies on only 2-3 people to actually run their store. And continues to jam pack stores of merchandise that doesn't sell and keeps the shelves empty of the items that do.”
“We are new to the area and happy that we have a Sam's Club 50 miles from our house. We have gone to this locations a few times. The staff have been very nice which is a nice change. The prices at Sam's are really good if you are looking for bulk items. The meat market is my favorite. We have bought a few briskets,tenderloin,bacon and rotisserie chickens. The store is very clean and kept up with. I also noticed they are really good on making sure there was no expired items on the shelf. We are looking forward to our next visit.”

“Brenda is an absolute godsend. I was stranded in fort smith this morning with no gas, -$75 in the bank, and would have had to call in from work and wait about 3 hours for a plasma donation center to open so i could get gas and get home. Brenda offered to buy me enough gas to get home and get to work without hesitation, and didnt make me feel at all shameful or guilty for it. I only wish there were more I could do to show my appreciation, thank you so so much Brenda”
“Well I was stranded here for 3 days & the staff was very kind. I drove from Colorado & busted a belt on tire, auto dept said my other tire was shot also.so I needed 2 new tires. I had to stay the night for a couple of nights , waiting on money for 2 new tires. This Walmart is very kind, very clean & all around awesome Walmart.”
“I am at this store all time. I had a lot of kittens and cats at one time and they always had what I needed. The employees are so sweet. They make you feel like your a friend. I have been to a few locations and this is one of the best locations. It's clean. Doesn't smell. There isles are not taken over by stocking carts. Great job ladies and gents. Thank you always.”
“I went to Walmart with my brother-in-law who doesn't get around well. He tried to use a motor cart which was plugged in. We were trying to figure out if it was working. A Walmart associate came right over and helped us get the cart up and going. I was impressed we didn't have to hunt someone down. Even though the store was very busy (as usual), someone was right there to help. After shopping, the same associate was at the door, and took the riding motor cart and put it away for us. Now that is service!”
