“Purchased a car in Springdale last week, check engine light came on….. Service guy in Springdale named Chris told me I could absolutely go to Fort Smith. The folks at the Fort Smith store were very accommodating. Offered to shuttle me somewhere to get lunch if needed and got my issue resolved. They were very kind and helpful!! They checked on me multiple times and even offered me something to drink. Huge shout out to Rachel, I probably came across a little upset when I walked in (check engine light comes on the day after you buy a car you would be too!) but she was very helpful and kind! “We decided to try this diner out for the first time today and let me say, it was well worth it. Prices are affordable. Food was hot, fresh, and yummy. Staff was friendly. The only thing I can say and it just my opinion. When I eat somewhere, I need something to look at so I don't feel like I am staring at people.. so a few decorations on their walls wouldn't hurt. My experience here at J Pauley was outstanding. We broke down traveling and they helped me in an emergency. We had just left the town we first broke down in the afternoon before and don’t get far into it broke down again, which was frustrating. But the mechanics here found what the other shop missed, and got us going again. They even got on the phone with me when I called the previous shop, who ended up covering my hotel stay in Ft Smith after talking to the guy here at J Pauley. So I am just thrilled with their service department. If I lived here, this is where I’d have my old Landcruiser serviced.”

They were fast and efficient. By the way, love our 2022 Sonata Nline. Gas mileage is around 35 mpg on average and it drives like a dream!.”
