Equity Bank has caring and nice people who are a joy to be around. The staff are great and provide good customer service, going above and beyond for clients. They are helpful and do everything in their power to help with transitions and answer questions. However, there have been issues with account security, including hacking incidents that create problems for some customers. Overall, the team is described as a valuable asset.
