they punish you for not having a bank account with them

I’ve been calling the bank for three consecutive days and even visited the store to have my bank account fixed. In one of those calls, they didn’t close my account and mistakenly gave money I didn’t have to another person because they weren’t careful and didn’t read the name. They returned the money they gave away, but I’ve been trying to fix the other issue that was missing, and they keep telling me that my account was already on negative balance. I still had money on my account, and I won’t spend money that I don’t have. However, they don’t believe me. I’m tired of handling this issue and think I’m better off with another bank.

Hannah has been so helpful over the last few months. Moving across the country and starting over with a new bank can be really scary and Hannah was the perfect person to help me with that transition!! 10/10 would recommend!

Good: The people that work at this bank are great. They have good customer service.
Bad: My account has been hacked 4 times in the 5 years I've bank there. I'm fighting it now.
I wished I could give the full 5 stars, but the hacking of my account and all the issues that creates prevents me from giving them the higher rating.

Shane Bereman is a bully against women. He has always been nasty towards me. Very unprofessional. The tellers do not have a sense of urgency, to help people with their banking needs. Whatever they are working on is more important than waiting on person in drive in or in lobby. I am looking for a new bank. Love Mary Austin, she is retiring and this bank will not be around next year. Because of people like Shane Bereman who has been promoted to branch manager and has no clue about customer service. And does not know how to talk to customers. Wrong person for the job. Power has gone to his head.
