“I had purchased an Ace Hardware sprinkler from Brandt's two years ago & liked it so well I purchased a second one the next year because I was impressed with quality of the sprinkler. They were expensive, but at some point you realize as quality goes, you get what you pay for as a consumer. Long story, short, one of the sprinklers quit working and I remembered Ace Hardware has a program called the "Ace Promise" which states if the product ever does not perform to your satisfaction the dealer will replace the item. Although I had purchased another sprinkler to replace the one I had, which was approximately two years old, Brandt's refunded my money on the replacement sprinkler when I asked about the Ace Hardware Promise without hesitation. It is the always helpful staff and service such as I just mentioned that keeps me returning to Brandt's to purchase hardware before I ever go to the big box stores should Steve and his staff not carry something I need. Thanks, guys! You're the best!”
