The employees? Unreal. I came in with 47 problems, zero passwords, and the technological awareness of a baked potato, and these people didn’t even flinch. They just calmly went to work like some kind of wireless wizards. At one point I’m pretty sure they fixed my phone, improved my credit score, and healed something deep inside me.
Not once did they make me feel dumb (which is honestly a miracle), and they explained everything in a way that didn’t require a PhD in rocket science. Just good vibes, actual help, and people who clearly know their stuff.
I left with my phone working, my stress gone, and a strange urge to come back just to hang out. 10/10 experience. If they ever start offering life advice, I’m signing up immediately.”
