It's crazy to me how our small town of Ponca is in the top 9 most reported outage locations. Going against places like Dallas, and Seattle. I understand there will be issues, but we shouldn't even compete with these places like Dallas that have 1.3 million people living there

John was friendly, professional and efficient. He did everything I requested in getting me set up for Sparklight internet service. in a timely manner and explained why my printer was not being identified while online and how to address it. I am definitely pleased with the speed so far. It is noticeably faster.

I guess I’m supposed to leave a message on how satisfied I am with sparklight. NOT!!My internet is constantly going off. Have to turn off tv or unplug and reset. Not just once during the day but several times. It buffers more than it works. I’ve had a month now, if it keeps up this month, I’ll have it shut off and get a better service. This oneSucks!

This company could be the worst in the world. And they scam older people my mom's internet has cost her 3 times as much as it should from this company . They overcharged her for cut off and manipulate her due date ! Evil company that is going to hell!

I am almost never home so I let my internet lapse. Mind you I got assistance through the acp program. So my bill was around 20 dollars a month. When I called to get it turned back on, they wanted me to pay 300 dollars for the last month. Even though I didn't use the service, and got a good discount through the acp program. This is absolute bull. And will not be paying 300 dollars for a service I barely use! I wouldn't wish this service on my own enemy! Please beware of this company!

My experience with this company is sometimes it works & then it doesn’t. Very expensive for service! I am not satisfied. I will be looking elsewhere.

I had extremely slow internet and switched to sparklight to improve it. It has definitely improved but I thought going to 200mbps would do away with buffering on streaming movies. It has helped but it still buffers while watching movies. I guess I will get used to buffering.

$245.00 a month (tv and internet) is expensive for a lot of channels we’ll never watch as far as the tv goes.

Three day before their own tech crew could get their own phones up and running so I could call to notify that my internet was down..then another 2 days before their tech crew could figure out how to activate a modem.A new internet provider is coming to Tonkawa and believe me, as soon as Blue Peak Internet starts enrolling customers I will be the first in line and DUMP Sparklight. Sparkling didn't even offer to compensate for the week I went without their service...got their bill sent out on schedule...full amount billed.I'm fed up with Sparklight, worst service provider out there!!
