The battery in our pickup was totally finished so we couldn't drive it to the store to install it. Due to a recent injury, my husband was not able to do it himself. If they get something that isnt what you expected. They wont sell it to you. Tri-state ships it back to where it came from. And the employee will explain and give your deposit back!
