“I was able to find exactly what I needed. Confirmed with the employee I had the correct type of product for my vehicle. In and out of the store in under 5 minutes. I also learned that some cars require a newer connector on the can of Freon and Freon itself is a small fortune these days. be prepared to drop $50 on a (smaller than normal) can of Freon. Thankful for a working a/c & a helpful employee.”

If they get something that isnt what you expected. They wont sell it to you. Tri-state ships it back to where it came from. And the employee will explain and give your deposit back! We have trusted them for years. We drive 60 miles one way to do business with them.”

He is very busy which I could see, when we arrived at Genesis. My car is still able to be driven so I can wait. I am very pleased with Genesis so far but we will have to see how my insurance is going to behave.”
