He did an outstanding job, body work was perfect and also paint, I couldnt even tell it had been wrecked, I was so impressed I took his business card and laminated it, then put it on my fridge incase I ever needed it again.... well over ten years later I hit a dear :( I couldnt remember terry's name, Thank God i saved that business card because i wouldnt want to go anywhere else. “On Wednesday, June 11, I went to AutoZone to get a starter for my Volkswagen dune buggy. While I was there, I was told they don’t stock them anymore. He apologized and tried to recommend another place for me to get one. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to, and even though he couldn’t help me with my part, he recommended me where I could go. I proceeded to leave and push the door open and I guess I passed out. I’m really not sure what happened. Next thing I know the manager(Brett) of the store, was at my side. He asked if I was OK, And I told him I’m not sure what happened. Him and his coworker(Christina) I think was her name, was trying to help me up, while another coworker went and got a chair for me to sit in. Brett asked me if I wanted him to call an ambulance, and I told him no I didn’t think I needed one. The longer I sat there I told him yes maybe he should go ahead and call an ambulance. Instead, he told me the ambulance would probably take too long, so he and his coworker helped me get to his car and he drove me to the emergency room. He went above and beyond anything I’ve seen before. I was very grateful to have him and his coworkers around when I passed out. Today is Friday, and they discharged me from the hospital. I called him to see if he could give me a ride. I did not have any other way to get back to AutoZone to get my truck. He told me it wasn’t a problem and even brought a bottle of oxygen from my truck for me to have on the ride back. That’s why I passed out, I was out of oxygen and didn’t know it. I appreciate what he did for me and told him he was an angel. I tried to pay him, but he would not accept. I hope AutoZone hires more people like this gentleman. God bless you, Brett and your coworkers and thank you for going above and beyond your job duties. I would like to try to get a hold of your boss and let them know how appreciated I am of his employee. I will call and get his number from the store. Thanks again and keep up the great work. This is my new favorite store to shop at.

“Went to O’Reillys tonight to return a battery and a employee saw me carrying it across the parking lot and ran out to carry it in quickly, exchange the battery and insisted on carrying it to my car for me. Great customer service! The name on the ticket was Mike so thank you Mike!!”

“I had bought 2 tires a little over a month ago, well today I got a screw in the sidewall of my tire. When I took it to Walmart they said those tires have been discontinued and there were no more. The only other tire of that kind was $220. (I paid $65 for mine on clearance.) Walmart policy is when this happens the customer pays the difference. All I had was $67 dollars and the people there were determined to make sure I left with the tire and not have to pay any extra. It took them about 30 minutes to figure it out but they did and I am very very grateful.

I ended up paying $0 and left with a brand new tire in less than an hour.
I’ve done all my oil changes and tires at this auto center and so far not a single complaint. Typically out of there in 30 minutes or less.”
